Voice teacher Amy Hunsaker utilizes classic teaching methods to promote healthy, artistic singing in all levels of performance.
•Amy has been teaching voice privately since 1991, and has taught Voice, Class Voice, Opera Appreciation, and Music Appreciation at UNLV.
•A contributing member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, Amy’s students have been accepted into music programs at BYU, BYU Idaho, Dixie State College, Utah State University, Southern Utah State University, Idaho State University, and UNLV.
•Amy is currently completing the Doctor of Musical Arts degree at UNLV, and has participated as a teacher and performer in workshops and summer programs throughout the West and at Cambridge University, England. She performed extensively with the St. George Musical Theater Company for five years, and has recently performed with UNLV Opera Theater and Opera Las Vegas.
